TPWD Seeks Modest Increase to Licenses, Boat Fees

Galveston Island State Park Reopens

Galveston Island State Park is reopening just in time for Spring Breakers on the Texas gulf coast.  On March 21st, 2009 the bay side of Galveston Island State Park reopens for day users.  The beach side remains closed due to the extensive damage inflicted by Hurricane Ike.
