Montana – Spring Black Bear Hunt

Two types of black bear hunts available: Public Lands and Private Lands. Your guides have hunted these public lands for over 30 yrs and know the area very well. You will stay in a centrally located scenic motel with your lunches provided througout this 7-day hunt. Past hunts have averaged 85 success rates and several of there bears have qualified for SCI record book in all colors. The private lands hunt is on Dry Creek Ranch – A highly successful Montana hunting ranch on 25,000 acres of quality big game habitat. All meals there are included.

Montana has a very large population of black bears with a wide variety of colors; blonde, black, chocolate, to reddish brown.

All bear hunts are fair chase; no bait or dogs are used. Hunting is done on 4 X 4’s with some walking involved.

This outfitter also offers mule deer, whitetail, elk/deer combo, antalope, mountain lion, and spring black bear hunts in rifle and archery seasons. You can also take advantage of the taxidermy service they offer.
