Wisconsin attorney general to appeal deer-snowmobile incident decision

Madison, Wis. (AP) — Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen says he will appeal judges’ decisions to drop animal cruelty charges against two men accused of running down deer with snowmobiles last January, killing four of the animals.

Montana finds no chronic wasting disease in 2009
